I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BRG (Washington, DC) in Mar 2015
Interview
The recruiter was very nice and sweet for the first round. Not many hard questions, but a lot confirmations on the coursework that would be very helpful working as an analyst at BRG. The second round was another phone call with two industry experts. One was tough on what my education can bring to the team; the other was very focused on my excel skills, how much had I used Macros and VBA. They cared more about financial analysis.
