Interview
Initial call then a super day, light technical questions. There was a mini case study as well. Overall, the people were great and very nice to talk to. Know your IB technicals and understand what RX consultants value most in case studies (ie, things affecting CF). Also, have a story and show direct interest in restructuring. I have a hunch that many students apply and have no idea what restructuring is and just want a consulting job. Show that you understand restructuring basics and have a story as to what specifically led you to restructuring. This will automatically distinguish you from others.

What is EBITDA? What are the 3 statements? Case Study - a US retailer has an upcoming debt payment they will not be able to pay, how would you assess their situation? What is a company, that if you had the opportunity, you would fix?

Interview
Consisted of a technical/case part and behavioral part. Case was very generic and more focused on answering broad analytical questions. Behavioral was straightforward and asking about experiences working with data and where your interest in BRG stems from.

Interview
Integrated health solutions team. First a short screening to go over resume. Then they send a case two days before the next interview with a spreadsheet and slide deck for you to complete. Took a couple hours. You present these and go over resume with two team members for the second interview. Third interview is behaviorals with a director.

For the Healthcare Performance Improvement Summer Associate position. Applied online, received an invitation for a virtual interview. Received email a month after interview that I didn't make it to the next round.
