Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn and after two phone interviews, came in for an in-person interview. I had an in-person assessment where I was asked several questions regarding made-up data in front of the interviewers. Afterward, they made me meet and interact with the other candidate. I thought this was very strange.

It began with an informal in-person interview/coffee with the hiring manager (the MD), followed by a phone screening with recruiter to discuss the interview process and HR-related topics, and then an on-site interview with 5 to 6 members of the staff.
