Interview
Oral and written interviews were conducted. depending on how one performed on the written interview do they proceed to the oral one. the panel consisted of the head of the department, a field officer, and HR personnel.
There was an online test and an interview. The questions seemed very subjective. The process was fairly easy, but based on the questions asked, it seemed that they expected a certain way of how the work should be done rather than actually being interested in the skills and opinion of the person being interviewed. Additionally, the HR did not give appropriate time to prepare for the interview. They only notified a day before that there will be an interview and I was avaiable.
