Interview
30-minute phone call with HR, take-home writing test, 1 hr call with two senior members of client services, 1 hr call with high/mid-level members of client services. I found the interview process to be very painless. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the interviews felt more conversational than anything. The questions were pretty typical, nothing too tricky. Both of my 1-hour calls were shorter than what was scheduled. I got the offer call the same day as my last interview.
I was strung along for months, had countless virtual interviews and completed assignments, just to be told that I should have applied to a different role. It was very frustrating, especially since I didn't receive any negative feedback the entire time, even at the end. Just a final 'no.'
