BNY Software Engineering Lead interview questions

Total 4 round they have. 1. Hacker Rank coding. 2. Technical Interview 3 Technical interview 4. Techno Managerial round. Atleast 7 to 10 days of gaps between each round. No matter what your technology background is, any guy of any background can take your technical interview. Which is not fare to the candidate. In may case I clear 2 technical round, they took 3rd technical roundand that guy was not of same technical background, therefore he asked me questions related to front end and I am a backend developer.
