BNY Program Manager, Diversity Equity and Inclusion interview questions

Interviews went great and as expected. I was given a verbal offer however was soon ghosted quickly after. No official offer letter was ever received and after chasing the recruiter for a month to understand what was happening she finally shared that they didn’t have approval to move forward with the role and it was on hold. Completely unprofessional and would’ve expected better given this role sat in HR.
