I had one 30-minute interview scheduled that the hiring manager failed to attend. He called and texted about 10-15 minutes after the scheduled start time, asking if we could start then. I could not attend and declined. We rescheduled for another day and time. 45 minutes before the interview he sent me a cancellation notice. The HM and recruiter claim that it was a miscommunication and asked me to join an interview that was starting late. I declined. If this is their hiring process, then I can only imagine what it's like to work there. I would avoid this place at all costs.
