Online interview where they almost immediately had decided I was not suitable/ did not have the experience for the role. While this was partially true, why was my CV chosen for interview - I had given them all my experience. Lots of scenario type questions. Did not receive any contact from them after even to confirm I did not get the position.

I received an email saying that I was invited to schedule a screen call with the recruiter. After that, I went on to interview with a couple managers. Overall a very typical interview process.
