So it was the graduate program so there were no assessment days stuff like. I was asked about my motivation to work for BNY, some behaviour questions and some technical questions. I had three rounds of interview with the first was phone call. Be yourself

Interview
First they kept an online assessment test which consists of English assessment and finance assessment each 40 questions by giving 30 minutes time. Then they kept telephonic interview. They asked me about gap years in HR round. I said that I was trying for jobs only in finance related subjects.
