Interview on computer that is just a brief discussion about yourself and rhe job experience and expectations for what bnsf will hold you to and the whole training process and where you will be stationed.

Started off with a description of expected duties and chaotic schedule of the job. Then you took an aptitude test. If you passed the aptitude test, then you would have a 3 person panel interview you. But before that, you had a hair follicle test done testing for drugs and what not.

Very Direct...be prepared to take a drug test that day, they use the hair method. They bring you into a big room and briefly go over what would be required of you if you accept the offer
