It started at 7:30am and I left at 4:30 pm. It gave good background of BNSF, but was very competitive. There was also a written test that we took in a room with the other candidates.

Interview
Very drawn out process starting with an online assessment consisting of brain teaser games. Then there is an online interview where applicants record themselves answering pre-recorded questions. Then there is a event in Fort Worth where all applicants come to interview on the same date. It typically took several weeks to hear back after each step in the process.
