Interview
The interview process was quite lengthy for an intern position. First, they invite you to complete a cognitive and memory test. If you pass, they invite you to record an interview which they will review later. If they like what you have to say, you have to complete an additional employment application before being invited to a 4 hour hiring event. After the hiring event you have an interview with 2-3 people for approximately 45 min. I did not hear back after that interview about a decision for 1.5 months despite countless efforts to reach out.

Describe a situation which you found yourself in that was tough.
What is an example of a time you had problems working with a team?
Initial Hirevue and an online assessment test. Then there is a 30 minute interview if you do well on the Hirevue. There were no technical questions in the interview, and it was only behavioral questions .

Interview
The interview process started with a HireVue interview after submitting the application. If you pass the HireVue screening, you are invited to an information session where you have to watch an informational video and have your college transcript ready when meeting with the hiring managers.

After submitting application you get sent a online self recorded interview and then if you pass that then you will get invited to a hiring event and second round of interview
