BNP Paribas Dot NET Developer interview questions

Very Very worst and unpleasant experience from an esteemed organization like BNP Paribas. Ruthless management and HR. There were 3 rounds on the same day. 1st technical interview for an hour and 2nd is techno-managerial which was also fully technical questions asked for 40 mins, 3rd is management round with AVP for 15-20mins. They said I cleared all the technical rounds and sound technically good, then salary discussion, notice period and other details were asked in management round. But the next day I got email from HR saying you are not selected, HR said the reason is based on your availability(notice period) and other factors we went with other candidates (then why the hell they scheduled interview). HR has no knowledge about whom to call for interview and doesn't clear about the requirement. BNP literally wasted my whole day and made me dissapointed to the core.
