Apply through BMO career, then you will get a digital interview if the recruitment team is interested in your resume, where you will answer about 11 questions, and about 7 of them are required for video recording. Then you will attend an interview with the branch manager.

If the customer comes up with a problem that you cannot deal with in a really busy time period, and all other coworkers have their customers to serve, and the branch manager is on an important phone call. What will you do?
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
