very straight forward and informal, it made me feel at ease and felt like i was talking to long term friends. they asked questions based on sales and how i can contribute to meeting year end sales, asked about my hobbies, how would i contribute to a customer facing role and why should they want to pick me over someone else.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
