The interview process took around 20 mins. There was only one interviewer. The interview process used English, Mandarin and Cantonese. There were role play and situation questions. The atmosphere was nice and good.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
