2 rounds of interviews - both were very disorganized. The - the hiring managers scheduled on the same day interview and wanted to speak within 2 hours time span. For first round, received an invitation around 9am and interview wanted to speak at 11. Same thing occurred with the 2nd round

3 people interview you . They ask weird questions about the past and which employers fired you and why. They look unorganized and HR is very weird. They also ask about your family life.

Interview
I was contacted by a hiring Agency.
First step with BMO was a phone interview and then face to face the next week.
The in person interview involved a 30 mins written interview and 30 mins with the Senior Project Managers.
It was a good atmosphere, the managers were warm and nice. They asked their questions in a conversational manner.
