Interview
Applied directly through online website, first was a telephone interview (standard, tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years, strengths/weaknesses, etc) then a group interview with a manager and a an assistant manager, more behavioural questions, situational, all in all a pretty standard customer service role interview. The people are generally a younger crowd, very relaxed atmosphere, very helpful with one another. Enjoyed working there.
