Initially I applied, completed the online simulation, I had a phone interview and proceeded to get scheduled only hours later for a one on one interview in person. The process was very long but shows that the company takes time to handpick the best candidates.

Interviewer gave me updates of time and date for the interview which was very helpful in order to prepare. Communication was very easy. Interviewer guide what are the next steps if I am good fit for the company.
