I was interviewed in an intermediary agency. First round is talked by HR from the agent, after one week, interviewed by HR from BMO. There was a group of candidates applying for the same position on second round, so everyone got about 10 mins to present and talk. HR is nice and pleased. Asked general questions. Received call for application accepted after one week at night. Received email offer after one month.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
