I applied part-time position via BMO Website. Within 2 days, I got a video interview and you should answer a lots of questions. After 3 months, BMO emailed me that I was not selected. But After 6 months, one HR contacted me for a phone interview. I completed the interview but I could not continue the steps since I had a long vacation.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
