BMO Financial Group Client Service Representative interview questions

Was called to do a phone interview first but since the HR lady was too busy they did a face to face interview. Even though I didn't get the job they actually CALLED me to let me know.

Applied online and received a phone call to set up an interview. Went through a typical phone screen going over education, past work experience, and why you want to work at BMO. Was invited to an in-person interview afterwards with a senior rep and manager who mostly asked behavioural questions. Offer came two weeks afterwards.
