BMO Financial Group Analytics Platform Engineer interview questions

I had an initial call with HR from BMO, followed by two interview rounds. The first was a 30-minute interview with two internal team members, and the second was a 30-minute interview with the Director, who focused on my experience and the real-time scenarios I have encountered. Everything went well, but after a long wait of three weeks, I received a response from HR stating that, unfortunately, they are not proceeding further with my profile.
