Only one round of interviews with three to four analysts on the trading floor. Started with behavioral questions, took around half of the interview. Then each interviewer asked technical questions about their product, including derivatives, fixed income.

I spent around 45 minutes interviewing with a Managing Director and an Associate. The session focused on market insights, a detailed resume review, and behavioral questions to determine cultural fit.
