I'm not sure why BMNT calls their interviewing process unique, it's more or less like other consulting interviews. I didn't continue with the process because the salary is less than I currently make. Also, the company wants to remain a small business and was unlikely able to support promotions or raises.

BMNT has unique process with the case study presentation. The recruiter exampled the whole process up front but it is time consuming and a little bit difficult if you haven't done a case study before using the methods
