I applied online and a few days later received an email to come in for an interview the following week. The interview was informal in tone and a relaxed atmosphere. They discussed the kind of clients they had and the responsibilities of the position.

They asked about prior agency experience I had and what type of clients I have worked with.
Super easy going and genuine! Felt at ease and at home when speaking with the CEO and VP. It was a long interview but more conversational than anything . I was nervous for no reason and I was offered a job quickly after the initial interview.
