The hiring process is quick and thorough. BMI is part of he Linc Service Network of contractors and uses heir business models, including hiring processes. Video role plays of sales scenarios are used as is mechanical aptitude, critical thinking and personality exercises. I found the position listing on Monster.com

"Do you think there is growth opportunity for our business in his area?" was asked of me by the owner at my interview. It was tough to answer because I knew very little about the commercial HVAC industry at he time.
