BLiNQ interview questions

The interview was supposed for 1 hour, it took around 20 mins. there were 2 persons. they asked about my background. I give a detailed description for my experience. they field that I am not the guy for the job. it seems they need someone less senior than me. I had the feedback before I leave in a polite way.

The hiring process seemed disorganized. The software manager made me wait for 20 minutes before greeting me. A test was administered. There was no guidance about when a decision would be made, or if I would be contacted despite being selected. The whole process seemed hap-hazard.
