Two phone interviews and one face-to-face interview. Interviewers want to know why you want to work for BJC Healthcare. After the face-to-face interview, I was given the option to listen to the types of calls a customer service representative receives on a typical day. The process was very professional. Allow extra time to arrive for your face-to-face interview because parking is an issue. In addition, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes. You will most likely be walking a couple of blocks to get to the interview. Be prepared to take an online typing test before you get an invitation for a face-to-face interview.

Describe a time that was very stressful at one of your previous positions and how did you handle it? What are your career goals? When you have an irate caller, what steps would you take to de-escalate the situation?
