I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BJC HealthCare (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2016
Interview
They were very thorough, and very nice. The job expectations were made very clear. I interviewed with Human Resources, and then had a group interview in the department. They offered to let me come back another day to shadow for a couple of hours to see what the job would be like. I decided that the job was not what I was looking for, and did not pursue it further.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BJC HealthCare (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2013
Interview
Applied online then a few weeks later I received a call from HR and they did a phone interview. Very nice people in HR. She set me up with the nursing manager of the orthopedics unit where I would be working. I went to the orthopedics floor and took a tour of the facility, then went back for my interview. She was very nice and knew I was a nursing student so she said I would be able to go to conferences for free while I worked here, which was a nice benefit! Then after the interview I was able to shadow one of the secretaries on duty and she told me I got the job! I started a few weeks later.

first phone interview, then interview with HR which was very friendly and laid back, this is when they asked all the question for example.. describe a time when..., then interview with department manager, she basically desribed the position more in detail, all the responsibilites, schedule, ect. then scheduled a time to come in and shadow for the position which i applied for. after that entire process HR will call you with the job offer.
