3 interviews. One with recruiter, one with General Manager, and final with district manager. Offer was given through recruiter after General Manager and district manager convened and made their decision
Not overly formal. Your normal P & L questions. Situational questions. Why do you want to work here. The have you go to a restaurant and shadow for a few hours to get the feel for their atmosphere.

A few phone calls to start. Super friendly interviewer that worked very well around my schedule. She answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. I can't wait to start working for them
