Interview
Worst interview I have ever done like my mind is actually blown. The recruiter was one of the biggest idiots I’ve ever come across. Missed our scheduled interview time TWICE. Then he practically begs me to reschedule with him the next day and said he would make time for whenever I wanted. I moved things around and got him scheduled first thing in the morning. Finally we get in the call and he is overly upbeat (I’m assuming he had a bit more than caffeine?) and talking over me. It’s the morning so I let him take the floor. Then he proceeds to begin to overly criticize me and act insanely condescending toward me as a person and my experience. The kid would not accept any of my answers or anything I said and kept asking me to perform magic and even got defensive toward me even though I was being patient with him. On top of that, he tried lowballing me on the salary. Eventually I just ended the call and emailed him to take me off his list. I’ve been in sales for years now and constantly do recruiter calls. This was my top 3 worst experience ever.

Question 1
He only asked me to talk about my experience and tried putting way too much pressure on me while acting condescending. I still gave him a solid story and answer and he told me he wanted me to do magic if I wanted to work for BILL.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward, although communication and scheduling moved slower than expected. After the initial recruiter conversation, I advanced to an interview with the hiring manager, but the meeting felt somewhat rushed and shorter than anticipated, with limited discussion about my background and the role itself.
