I just finished online assessment that includes 2 sections: video recording and cognitive testing. I was stressed on video interview while it gave me time to prepare so I would say good experience overall. In the interview, they highly encourage us to use STAR technique to answer questions.

It was a video interview where you answered by recording yourself. Felt a bit awkward as I was talking to myself. However, it was a good experience. There were also other assessments aside from video interview.
