After submission of cv, they will do a phone interview then 2 week later they arrange face ti face interview. Once selected ed have to go through the aptitude test. Once passed the test only can get the offer

Smooth interview process and very friendly managers. They will make you feel at ease and will make sure you understand the questions. Questions were focused on your behavior. Most of the time questions were situational.
