Interview
Not too difficult video interview had plenty of time to prep between questions and was able to re-record. Game based assessment at the end of the interview to check basic writing and numerical skills.

Tell me about yourself and why you applied to BHP?
The first step was an online application followed by an invitation for an online one-way interview. The interview consisted of 7 different questions (3 minute responses each). The questions are mainly behavioural questions based on your past experiences and knowledge

Interview
Online application followed by SHL testing, phone interview (motivation questions) and finally onsite interview that focused on behavioural type questions. Nice office building located in downtown Perth, supportive colleagues and a very pleasant working environment. Work allocated, in my case, was pretty challenging and I had the pleasure of flying to site to see the actual mining process.
