Good interview. started with brief discussion of benefits after submitting a written job application.
then talked to a panel of 2 managers and a 30-year reservoir engineer. very reserved group but questions were pertinent and relevant.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BHP (Houston, TX) in Feb 2017

I applied online. The whole process took 5 months. Got contacted 2.5 months after application. First interview was phone screen interview. The second was a panel of 3 with senior managers including hiring manager. I got the job offer 1 month after second interview. Another 3 weeks of negotiation.

I arrived in Houston for the interview. They gave me a tour of some updated floors as a sales pitch and then I met with a few experienced engineers. I was mostly asked questions about my past experience. I was told repeatedly they would find out if I didn't know my stuff.
