The lack of communication is terrible. I wasted about a month of my time, 3 interviews, a 25 page written application/onboarding paper work(background check ran), and an assessment. Having to constantly follow up for next steps due to radio silence, sending emails only for important ones to be ignored, and new email chains started days later, going over exactly what my emails were questioning as if i never asked. Technical issues were never resolved after a week (hence the written paperwork after I sent numerous emails inquiring about IT updates).
I’ve never been on to leave a negative review but I’m baffled by this process. As a recruiter myself I know what being busy is and how a process should be. This has been the worst, and most unprofessional process I’ve ever experienced, not to mentioned it being a bit backwards. Its disappointing because I had a lot of hope for the company, and was excited about the position. I hope others interviewing for internal roles have better experiences than what I’ve had.
