The interview was very thorough. It was with 2 BGE employees on Microsoft Teams. As a candidate, you're expected to utilized the STAR (Situation Task Action Result) method extensively. Be prepared in every way.

Question 1
They asked several questions. Among them was for me to explain a situation that didn't go as planned. Explain what role I played, and what was the outcome.
Pretty normal, nothing out of the ordinary. Professional and non-judgmental. I would say this was a basic job interview, with no surprises. Good conversation with the hiring managers. How many more words do you want.
