They performed 3 seperate interviews for position all very formal and insiteful. Interviews with different levels of management throughout the company. All together a very simple and fluid process if you interview well.

They will take 3 interviews. Starting from phone then face to face twice. The entire process will take almost 15 days. After phone interview they called me almost week after for an Face to face interview.

Interview
Very time consuming. Met on 3 separate occasions for 3 different interviews with different people at different locations. All 3 interviewers pretty much asked the same questions. They wanted to check for consistency to your answers and want to ensure you are actually fine being in the janitorial business. Please note their office locations are a pain to get to. Everything is now centralized in Coquitlam but before there was one near Oakridge area in Vancouver and another all the way out in the industrial area in Langley.
