The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at BERG in Sept 2014
Interview
I interviewed with over 10 people. Some were good but others were a waste of time. One person was on their second day of work. Another rushed in and out. I waited 45 mins between one interview. The upper management were also really full of themselves and the company.

The interview started with a HR phone screen, followed by a hiring manager phone call, and lastly there was an in-person team interview where you meet with multiple team members on-site.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BERG (Framingham, MA) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was a pleasant experience. The receptionist helps you get settled and will provide coffee, tea, etc as you would like. There were 3 main parts of the interview: meeting your prospective supervisor, talking with HR, and meeting several members of the team you would work closely with if you get the job. Overall was a low stress atmosphere.
