The interview was with the director of the department, very nice guy. First we had some email contact to plan a 1 to 1 meeting. The questions were to review my CV and my past experience to see if I could fit in the organization. Advise for candidate: be dressed in a very professional way and stay very analytical when answering the questions. Be natural and say the truth.
