Interview
Online form, online maths and reasoning assessments, video recorded interview of 10-12 questions which were a mix of competency and values questions , assessment centre with group activities, presentation (on the day presentation with no pre prep required) and partner interview
The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.
The interview process at BDO typically includes an online application, assessment tests, one or more interviews (often behavioral and technical), and may involve case studies or situational exercises to evaluate problem-solving skills.
It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
