Interview
1st interview with manager, second interview with director. Basic competency questions followed by some technical accounting questions. It is a good job to get in industry but accounting companies will work you to the bone, I could tell that there was high turnover for staff as they seemed very keen and couldn't give a proper reason why there was a vacancy. Interviewer came in with a low cut top and high heeled boots which seemed slightly unusual. However, positive if you are desperate for a job.
I got a really great feel for what working here would feel like during my interview process and my interviews really showed me what the culture would be like. It helped me feel confident that I would fit comfortably in the culture and that my skills were what they were looking for.
Okay average questions easy to answer not too hard I guess overall not hard and easy not difficult to comprehend and reply accordingly on the go

Interview
Applied online, and received interview invitation one week after. The interview was easy, pretty standard questions. They would want to if you have had experience in the past, but even you don't (like me), you should provide examples to them to show you have the capability of doing so. Got the result 2 hours after the interview. Pretty fast
