Interview
The interview went smoothly, and the HR made sure that I was comfortable during the whole interview and was friendly. The questions asked were straightforward and they were helpful as well when I asked questions about the company.

They asked about my qualifications, experience and how I heard about the company as well.
Sehr locker, sich vorstellen, frühere Erfahrungen. Sie haben nach meiner Interesse an audit und BDO gefragt, und auch warum gerade kleinere Unternehmen mir interessieren, weil der Fokus bei BDO an den kleineren Unternehmen liegt.
Interview process was good. It was easy. It involved 3 steps. Online assessment, Technical Round, HR Round. Online assessment include logical reasoning, quants and english. Technical round - accounting and auditing basics. HR round - behavioral questions, strengths and weaknesses.
Colloquio di gruppo dove devi dialogare su un caso con altri membri del team. Secondo colloquio è una chiacchierata con hr sulle esperienze lavorative ed universitarie, Terzo colloquio è tecnico con senior manager o partner.
