BCP Council interview questions

The interview was time-pressured (a presentation and ten technical questions in 50 minutes). The interviewers focused too much on answering questions in a "set way" according to the script they seemed to be reading from. I felt it was a "fake interview" for a role that an internal applicant had already filled.

The interview was over Teams and it was a straightforward process. The interviewers were friendly and the questions were not ambiguous. However, the waiting period to hear the outcome was almost a week.
