Interview
I met with a manager who interviewed me about my past experience for about 30 mins on the phone, I than came into the office and sat with him and another manager for about an hour. A week later I was asked to return and sit that same manager and the owner of the company. A week later I was made an offer.

They really just want to get a feel of who you are, they really only like to hire nice people they can work work. They also need to make sure you can be successful in the industry.

Interview
It was a 3-part interview. The initial interview was conducted via a conference call. The second two were conducted in person. It wasn't the easiest interview, but I thought it was fair. Other firms felt like they just wanted to get anyone in the door. This one felt more selective.
