BCCI Construction interview questions

Interview was with the head of the department and another estimator. It was on the more informal side, mostly conversation about previous work experience. There wasn't really a set structure to the interview, which I liked.

Start with your basic introduction, and then talk about your portfolio, and then interviewer will ask some questions about your projects, and then ask your career tendency. Finally, they will tell you to wait for the result some days later
