First interview on phone; then invited to second in-person interview which was pleasant, friendly, relaxed. After going through the usual formal Q&A section of the interview and being given more information on how the job works, we chatted casually quite a bit about various subject. (Was offered the job at end of interview)

Interview
Applied for the post on-line and invited to interview a few weeks later. It seems that these interviews are a regular event. I was asked to another one once I had been employed. Don't give up if you don't hear anything for a week or two.
They expect drivers to be reasonably well presented. Wear a shirt and tie.

There was a little test on highway code that was fairly simple. Otherwise it was really just a chat explaining what the job was about and whether I was up for it given that it was not terribly well paid.
