Interview process was transparent. Screening call, interview, reference check, and then an offer. The process took several weeks overall. The interview was mostly general questions, with some more technical questions included as well

Got an invitation to interview from job posting previously said was "closed". The interview was quick 15-minutes, mostly about the introduction to the role and it was NOT an "IT Analyst" but mostly as operations analyst.

Standard interview questions. Interview was easy, information provided in the interview was clear. Questions related to personality and experience. Lots of scenario questions and technical skills questions. Interviews involved other team members who worked at intermediate levels.
